Level 1 Trainer
Amanda Knight has a background in teaching, training and instructing. She has been involved in fitness for over 10 years and has helped people with workout regimes, weight loss and exceeding personal goals. She enjoys watching people set and crush goals.
She enjoys CrossFit for two reasons. First, because of the challenge that it brings. Through failure there is always a triumph and she loves to see that come to fruition. Second, because of the community. CrossFit becomes family.
On her days off she and her husband enjoy hanging out with the family. This mom of 4 loves to take hikes, kayak, run, swim and eat chocolate.
