What is “WOD”? WOD stands for Workout of the Day. These workouts are designed by CrossFit trainers
to provide a robust workout each day and a full body training throughout the week. Each Sunday, the
week’s set of WODs for CrossFit Criterion are updated on this page.
Every WOD also includes coach suggestions for scaling (or adjusting) the workout to fit your athletic
ability. Every workout is achievable, and scaling is the norm for many. Join us for a WOD to experience
